Every exhibition comes crated and ready to install; we provide a complete exhibition package. We provide an exhibition tool kit that includes resources for making the most of your exhibition. You will receive a Press Kit containing a press release and digital images.

Each organization also receives a Registrar’s Packet containing the checklist, the checklist receipt, and clear instructions for installing the exhibition.

Our exhibition crate is custom designed for both easy handling and maximum protection of the objects inside.

A Programming Guide is also provided to hosting venues and includes possible speakers/performers information, and a Family Gallery Guide.

To ensure a successful hosting experience and the safety of the artwork, the following are the venue requirements for each hosted exhibition:

* Responsible supervision of artwork (patrolling personnel or monitored camera)

* Careful handling — Minimum 3 personnel for receiving shipping, installation, de-installation, outgoing shipping

* Handling by volunteers is acceptable only in the presence of trained museum staff

* All activity related to the unpacking, staging, installation, and re-packing of exhibit must take place indoors

* Exhibition contents must not be divided among separate buildings

* Fire protection according to local ordinance

* Limited-access gallery or display area; hallways, lobbies, other traffic-ways not acceptable

* Exhibition locked after hours

* No temperature extremes (65 – 75 degrees)

* No direct sunlight

£5000 GBP or $6500 USD + shipping

Exhibit ships from east coast USA

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an Exhibition Rental Contract and an invoice for a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
